Parkline's self-framing design lends itself nicely for site constructed projects. Columns, rafters, and secondory members are not utilized in Parkline Self Framing design. Therefore the field erection crews are small in numbers and the need for expensive equipment is not required for the erection of the building.

Another advantage when utilizing a Parkline self framing building is the use of a simple foundation. Expensive independent piers and footings that are needed for typical framed building are not required fore Parkline's designs.
